All services are subject to availability, facility rules, program requirements, pricing, and any additional terms displayed at checkout, registration, or booking.

Pickleball and related activities involve physical movement and may carry risk of injury. By participating in any PickleHub activity, including court play, clinics, lessons, leagues, tournaments, youth programs, private events, or fitness-related services, you acknowledge and accept the risks associated with participation.

Court reservations, lessons, clinics, programs, tournaments, events, and other services may be booked through our website, app, phone, authorized booking platform, or other approved communication channels.

Cancellation windows, refund rules, rescheduling policies, and fees may vary depending on the service, program, booking type, or event. Any applicable cancellation or refund terms may be displayed at checkout, during registration, or communicated by PickleHub.

PickleHub reserves the right to charge fees for missed bookings, no-shows, late cancellations, or late rescheduling requests.

Memberships may be offered on a monthly, annual, or other recurring basis. Membership benefits, pricing, renewal terms, cancellation rules, guest privileges, booking windows, court access, discounts, and included services may vary by membership type.

Memberships may automatically renew at the interval selected during signup unless cancelled according to the membership terms provided at the time of purchase.

PickleHub reserves the right to update membership plans, pricing, benefits, and policies at any time, subject to applicable law.

By purchasing a booking, membership, program, event registration, pro shop item, gift card, or any other service, you agree to provide accurate payment and billing information.

All prices, fees, taxes, discounts, and promotional offers are subject to change. Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers. PickleHub is not responsible for errors, delays, or issues caused by third-party payment processors.

Refunds, credits, exchanges, and cancellations are subject to the applicable policy for the specific service or purchase.

All members, guests, visitors, and participants must follow posted facility rules, staff instructions, safety guidelines, and reasonable standards of respectful conduct.

You agree not to: engage in unsafe, abusive, disruptive, threatening, or disrespectful behavior; damage PickleHub property, equipment, courts, or facilities; misuse courts, equipment, booking systems, or membership benefits; interfere with other guests, members, staff, events, or operations; violate posted rules or staff instructions; or use the facility for unauthorized commercial activity without written permission.

PickleHub reserves the right to refuse service, remove individuals from the facility, cancel bookings, suspend access, or terminate memberships for unsafe, inappropriate, or disruptive conduct.

Certain PickleHub services may be available to minors, including youth programs, junior academy sessions, camps, lessons, events, and activities.

Parents or legal guardians are responsible for registering minors, providing accurate information, completing required waivers or permissions, and ensuring that minors follow facility rules and staff instructions.

By registering a minor for a PickleHub program or activity, the parent or legal guardian confirms that they have authority to provide consent for the minor's participation.

Private events, parties, corporate events, group bookings, tournaments, and facility buyouts may be subject to separate terms, pricing, deposits, cancellation rules, headcount requirements, food and beverage policies, and event agreements.

Any event-specific terms provided by PickleHub will apply in addition to these Terms & Conditions.

By providing your phone number and opting in through our website, booking forms, membership forms, event forms, program registrations, or other communication channels, you consent to receive SMS text messages from AMERICAN CHOICE SPORTS LLC DBA PICKLEHUB.
