Can I pause or cancel my membership?

Yes. Pause for up to 60 days per year for free. Cancel any time with 30 days notice — no fees, no phone calls, done from your account.

No initiation fee for any membership tier. Founding Members also lock in their monthly rate for life.

How far in advance can members book courts vs. visitors?

Members book up to 14 days out. Visitors and drop-ins book up to 3 days out. All-Access members get a 30-day booking window.

Do you offer student, family, or corporate memberships?

Yes — student memberships are 30% off with valid ID, family plans cover 2 adults + up to 3 juniors, and corporate memberships start at 10 seats. Contact us for corporate pricing.

Do I need a membership to reserve a court?

No. Anyone can book a court — members just pay less and can book further in advance.

What are your court rates for non-members?

Accepted Answer

$40/hr per court for reservations, or $15 per person for open play blocks. Prime time (weeknights 6–9pm) is $50/hr.

What should I wear, and what shoes are required?

Athletic wear you can move in. Non-marking court shoes are required — running shoes are fine, but no black-soled shoes. Loaners available at the front desk.

Do you rent paddles and equipment?

Loaner paddles and balls are free for members and included in lessons. Visitors can rent premium paddles from the pro shop for $5.

Are the courts indoor and climate-controlled year-round?

Yes. All 7 courts are indoor, climate-controlled to 68–72°F, with acoustic panels and 500 lux tournament-grade lighting.

I've never played before — where do I start?

Our free Intro Clinic every Saturday morning. Paddles provided, no experience needed — you'll play a real game by the end.

What DUPR rating do I need for leagues?

Leagues run at every level from 2.5 to 5.0+. New players are placed after a short assessment session — no rating needed to start.

How do I book a private lesson, and can I request a specific coach?

Book from the Coaches page — every booking lets you filter by coach. If your preferred pro is full, you'll see the soonest opening and similar-style alternatives.

Is there a program for kids?

Yes — the Junior Academy runs after-school and weekend sessions for ages 6–17, plus school-break camps. Family Day every Sunday morning is free.

What's the difference between clinics and private lessons?

Clinics are group sessions (4–8 players) around a specific skill — cheaper and social. Private lessons are 1-on-1 with a coach, faster gains, tailored to you.

Court Rental starts at 8 guests, Social Package at 16, Full Buyout at 60. Below that, we'll recommend a club event instead.
